Privacy

This is a staging draft that documents the privacy behavior of the current SheetSolutions website. It must be reviewed and finalised before public commercial launch.

Current staging behavior

The website uses first-party browser storage to remember your privacy preference. Optional analytics are not required for the core site to function. If you submit the contact form, the information you provide is transmitted server-side to SheetSolutions through a transactional email delivery provider so we can respond to your enquiry. The website does not create a separate lead-database record from that form submission.

Information we intend to minimise

SheetSolutions is designed around collecting only information needed for a stated business purpose. Sensitive product or customer data should not be placed into public marketing analytics, website fixtures, or public preview environments.

Analytics

When optional analytics are accepted, the website sends a small set of same-origin conversion events such as HOS page views, pricing-section views, walkthrough clicks, contact-form starts, and successful enquiries. These events are written to operational service logs without names, email addresses, message content, cookies, fingerprinting, or advertising profiles.

Campaign attribution

When optional analytics are accepted, campaign parameters such as UTM tags and an external referrer may be held for the current browser session. If you later submit an enquiry, that campaign context may be included with the enquiry so SheetSolutions can understand which marketing source led to the conversation.

Product data

The corporate website is separated from the Hospitality Operating System production runtime. The marketing site is not intended to access hospitality tenant records or customer operational data.

Changes before launch

The final notice will identify the responsible legal entity, contact details, processing purposes, categories of information, retention approach, international transfers where applicable, third-party providers, and rights available under relevant law.
