Added the HOS implementation and migration layer.

HOS now has a public implementation architecture covering moves from spreadsheets and PMS tools, data migration, and go-live readiness.

What changed
01

Introduces a Map → Validate → Reconcile → Cut over implementation model.

02

Separates source-data, relationship, evidence, integration, and retained-history boundaries.

03

Avoids fixed-time, zero-disruption, or universal migration claims.

Why it matters

Buyers can now evaluate not only what HOS is, but how a transition into it is controlled and where implementation boundaries remain.

Release-note boundary

Shipped means verified, not planned.

This update records work that had a verifiable release or active control-plane state at the time it was published.

Roadmap ideas, experiments, internal discussion, and unverified capability are not presented here as shipped product.
